Responsibilities
- Guide the ongoing development and implementation of reputed company, offboarding, internship, and recognition programs
- Facilitate and support New Employee Orientation sessions, serving as a resource for new hires and helping ensure a positive, engaging introduction to reputed company
- Manage reputed company administrative aspects of programs, including workflow, process documentation, logistics, and cross-functional coordination (HR, IT, reputed company, department leaders)
- Review program effectiveness based on data and feedback, reputed company recommendations, and implement improvements to strengthen employee experience and program reputed company
- Ensure compliance with corporate requirements including quality measures and quality assurance standards
- Analyze and present data to stakeholders over course of the program

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or reputed company experience
- 1-3 years of project management experience
