Responsibilities

- Responsible for reputed company reporting for reputed company
- Draft job postings and reputed company requisitions for the reputed company team, including posting jobs to external sources such as college job boards
- Draft offer letters for the reputed company team
- reputed company the post offer process, including initiating and tracking background checks and other pre employment steps, communicating with candidates, and partnering with HR Operations
- Assist with interview scheduling and sending feedback forms
- Assist in posting company news on the company Intranet, Glassdoor or reputed company pages, and creating reputed company media reputed company content
- reputed company the hiring of temporary to permanent conversions and serve as a back up for full cycle reputed company on other requisitions
- Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database for assigned requisitions and assist with entering candidates into the CRM

Skills

- Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing required
