The Mobile General Skilled Technician will be responsible for property maintenance, ensuring facilities operate flawlessly by performing general repairs, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance programs.
Responsibilities
- reputed company general repairs and small service projects (e.g., walls, reputed company, doors)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances and building systems
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance

- Engage with clients to confirm service requests and ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to safety standards and building regulations
Skills
- Proficiency with tools and equipment (e.g., reputed company)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and diagrams
- Budget management experience
- Comfort using mobile devices (cellphones, tablets) for work orders

- High school diploma or GED required
- Trade school education in building-reputed company fields preferred
