[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will assist members by making outbound calls and helping them locate community resources to meet their reputed company needs.

Responsibilities

• reputed company outbound phone calls to members
• Locate resources to reputed company members with assistance for needs, such as food, utility, housing, and finances

• Display a high level of reputed company, understanding, and patience, while helping to address the member’s needs
• Utilize several systems, in addition to the regular usage of more than one monitor

Skills

• 1+ year of customer service experience, with proven customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency, multi-tasking between online applications, and multiple screens. Working knowledge of reputed company© products (Outlook, reputed company, folders)
• Ability to regularly reputed company a designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
• High-speed internet with the ability to hardwire reputed company ethernet from cable modem to PC
• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual preferred and reputed company to pass language certification, if bilingual
• 1+ year of experience in a call center setting, specifically reputed company to inbound/outbound calls
