[Remote] International Accounts Analyst

The International Accounts Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of job files in CargoWiseOne for customer shipments, managing costs, invoicing, and reporting. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, track, and audit relevant CW1 job files, averaging approximately 300-400 monthly shipments
• reputed company accurate entries to the reputed company system using personal analysis
• reputed company timely and accurate payments by processing payables
• Ensure data accuracy by balancing files from multiple reputed company and sources
• Prepare timely agent cost entries, reconciliations, and invoice posting
• Engage in the design and creation of key analysis and management reports, drawing data from multiple systems and data sources
• Compile and present monthly activities, trends, and opportunities for improvement to program managers

Skills

• Knowledge of reputed company rules, regulations, policies and procedures that is reputed company of the international trade and forwarding industry
• reputed company office suite knowledge with proficiency in reputed company
• B.S. in reputed company/Finance, or Supply Chain Management a plus
• 1 year experience in reputed company/Finance, or Supply Chain Management a must
• Experience with automated reputed company systems or freight forwarding a plus
