reputed company is seeking an HR Shared Services Representative to reputed company exceptional customer service to employees as the first reputed company of contact for their reputed company inquiries. The role involves answering questions, investigating inquiries, and providing administrative support reputed company to HR topics such as benefits, compensation, and recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve routine to intermediate inquiries

  • Handle queries reputed company to a wide reputed company of HR topics including time off, leaves of absence, FMLA, benefits, retirement, compensation, professional development, recruitment, and HR policies
  • Support and aid other HR Shared Services staff in the resolution of requests and the analysis/diagnosis of problems
  • reputed company general administrative support such as documentation of calls/emails reputed company case management software, scanning and indexing of employee documents, compiling reports, and processing employee and payroll transactions

  • General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS)
  • No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education
  • Employment with the University will require successful completion of background reputed company(s) in accordance with University policies
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Proficiency in Office365 suite
