In Force Associate

The In Force Associate plays a critical role in supporting the administration and servicing of insurance policies, ensuring accurate processing of policy changes and delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Process in force policy changes and regular and ongoing maintenance
• Facilitate Advisory Team reputed company and commission changes
• Generate fiscal year end summaries for corporate insurance policies
• Handle notices received from insurance carriers and communicate relevant details to the Advisory Team
• Manage policy documents (e.g. reputed company mail and save to client file, prepare and mail policy reputed company)
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings and collaborate on projects with members of the Advisory Services team to improve processes across teams
• Deliver a high level of personalized, end-to-end, client service to reputed company clients
• Answer queries in a timely and solutions-based manner
• Coordinate operational tasks aligning to MGA responsibilities
• Other relevant and reputed company responsibilities, as assigned and as the needs of the organization change

Skills

• 1+ years' experience in a client facing role in the financial services industry
• Completion of, or in the process of obtaining, Life License Qualification Program (LLQP)
• You are proficient with systems including reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
• You are legally eligible to work in Canada for any employer
• Permanent and Term Life insurance, Critical Illness, Disability Insurance, or Long Term Care Insurance is preferred
