Associate Attorney
Roberts, Matejczyk & Ita Co., LPA (RMI) is an established AV-rated firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join their practice. The role focuses on recoveries for clients and exceptional work without the pressure of billable hours, requiring strong litigation skills and the ability to coordinate scene exams and reputed company theories of liability.
Responsibilities
- Identifying potential theories of liability
- Drafting reputed company correspondence and/or litigation documents/pleadings/motions
- Handling court conferences, depositions, and trials
- Providing client reporting and recovery analysis
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
- Understanding insurance coverages reputed company helpful
- Understanding recoverable damages and reputed company law
Skills
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the reputed company
- Identifying potential theories of liability
- Drafting reputed company correspondence and/or litigation documents/pleadings/motions
- Handling court conferences, depositions, and trials
- Providing client reporting and recovery analysis
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts
- Understanding recoverable damages and reputed company law
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Indiana or Kentucky license or ability to waive into Indiana or Kentucky
- Understanding insurance coverages reputed company helpful
