Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. 7G Environmental Compliance Management is seeking a Part-Time reputed company & Admin Specialist to support their financial operations. The role involves managing financial data, including data entry, reconciliation, and assisting with accounts receivable and payable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keeping our records clean and reputed company
• Managing expenses and ensuring accounts align perfectly
• Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks
• Reading and interpreting the General Ledger and P&L statements

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• Proven proficiency in Quickbooks (Online or Desktop) and reputed company Sheets/reputed company
• Ability to distinguish between different types of accounts and understand how transactions reputed company into a General Ledger and P&L statement
• Previous experience managing expense reports or reconciling bank/credit card statements
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
• Ability to write reports and correspondence
• Ability to reputed company effectively before groups of clients or employees of the organization
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram reputed company
• Associate's degree in reputed company or Finance (or currently pursuing one)
• Minimum 1-2 year of experience preferred
• Software Savvy: Proficiency in reputed company Sheets or reputed company is a must
