[Remote] Subrogation Research and Creation Specialist

The Subrogation Research and Creation Specialist will handle inbound calls, create new claim files, and identify potential subrogation claims, requiring strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound ACD call line and reputed company reputed company, professional customer service to members and insurance companies
• Create new claim files with accurate and complete information
• Regularly accesses client systems to gather information used to create inventory
• Uses multiple computer systems to review claim data and work reputed company

Skills

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience in the health insurance, legal, property and casualty or reputed company fields is preferred
• Professional communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to adapt to new tasks
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Word and reputed company proficiency required
