The role involves coordinating project activities, collaborating with internal departments, and maintaining organized project records to ensure timely execution of solar projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and documentation to support timely execution of solar projects with a primary focus on the East region
- Collaborate and communicate with various internal departments and affiliated entities to ensure smooth project reputed company
- Act as a central reputed company of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Track project reputed company, update schedules, and identify potential delays or risks
- Maintain organized project records, reports, and internal tracking systems
- Assist in resolving operational challenges by identifying gaps and proposing practical solutions
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and documentation of key discussions
