(GITI) is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President, Business Development and Capture to serve as the architect for our next growth phase with CYBERCOM, DoD Service Cyber Components (AFCYBER, ARCYBER, MARFORCYBER and Fleet Cyber), and broader defense markets. This role will translate GITI's 29 years of proven delivery and cutting-edge R&D—in AI/ML, Cyber, and DevSecOps—into scaled, multi-year programs. You will personally identify, qualify, capture, and reputed company new, high-value opportunities in Cyber, AI/ML Analytics, reputed company, and DevSecOps. Position Responsibilities This role is a partnership with senior executive leadership, focusing on measurable reputed company:

• Pipeline & Capture Ownership: Take ownership

Requirements

• Relevant experience supporting and securing funded opportunities (at least ~$75M) in Cyber, AI/ML, reputed company, DevSecOps, or Agile software development for DoD customers.
• Background in capture management activities such as customer engagement, teaming discussions, solution shaping, and proposal support.
• Understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle, including non-IDIQ, IDIQ, CSO, OTA, and task-order environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical leads, proposal teams, and industry partners to help shape competitive offerings.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across government and industry stakeholders.
