Product Manager (Value-Based Care Population Health SaaS Product)

About the Role reputed company is seeking an reputed company Product Manager who will support a value-based care population health SaaS product, leading the strategy, development, and optimization of solutions designed to improve health reputed company and reduce costs across patient populations. Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product reputed company, strategy, and roadmap based on business goals, market trends, and customer needs. Ensure alignment with value-based care principles and organizational objectives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Product Development.
• Five (5)+ years proven experience of managing SaaS products in reputed company or value-based care settings, with experience delivering features from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of population health, care management workflows, and value-based care models (e.g., ACOs, risk adjustment, quality measures).
• Experience working in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and clinical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and prioritize requirements based on user needs, business impact, and regulatory requirements in reputed company.
• Comfort working with reputed company data (e.g., claims, EHR, HEDIS) and understanding its implications for product design, analytics, and compliance.

Compensation & Benefits The anticipated salary reputed company for candidates is $116,000/year in our lowest geographic market reputed company to up to $140,000/year in our highest geographic market reputed company. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience reputed company the job, the type of years and experience reputed company the industry, the candidate’s education, and the candidate’s market location.
