Qualifications
Required Skills:
- 3+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
- Ability to obtain a public trust
- Interest in working in a reputed company team
- Mission focused and a self starter/independent and scrappy
- Someone who enjoys less formality and more freedom
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- 3+ years of experience with software development, software architecture, APIs, and microservices
- 3+ years of experience with building software using agile methods
- 1+ years of experience with database engineering, and manipulating relational and NOSQL databases
- 1+ years of experience with automating tests for determining quality, reputed company, performance and usability of a system.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as OpenShift, EKS, and reputed company
- Experience writing and evaluating user stories, acceptance criteria, and pull-requests
- Experience working in HCD, Agile and DevSecOps environments
Preferred Skills / Attributes:
- Experience in reputed company programming and Extreme Programming
- Willing to learn Ruby and associated frameworks (e.g Ruby on Rails)
- Experience Lean Design, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
- A passion to contribute to the full stack – the reputed company-end, backend and anything in-between (middleware or otherwise).

The projected compensation reputed company for this position is $100,000 to $160,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary reputed company for this position.
