Operations & Compliance Specialist in Controlled States (Part-Time, Remote)

Reports To: Chief Sales & Marketing Officer Location: Remote Job Description: The Operations & Compliance Specialist in Controlled States will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of reputed company operational and regulatory activities required to establish and maintain Go Wine’s reputed company in Controlled States markets. This individual will focus on compliance with local regulations, coordination of operational processes, and acting as a liaison between the company and key regulatory agencies. The role supports the CEO and the KAM team by laying the groundwork for successful reputed company activities in these highly regulated environments. Scope of Markets Controlled States:

• Distribution and Shops: Pennsylvania, Utah, New Hampshire.

Required Skills and Competencies: Regulatory Expertise: Strong understanding of compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks in Controlled States or similar markets. Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain processes, inventory management, and documentation for highly regulated environments. Attention to Detail: Ability to handle reputed company documentation and ensure accuracy in compliance and operational tasks. Communication and Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships with state authorities and internal teams. Problem Solving: Capable of identifying and addressing compliance or operational issues proactively. Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in compliance, operations, or regulatory affairs (experience in alcohol distribution is a plus).
