Job Description

About this job As a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting & Technical reputed company at NIQ, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s external financial reporting and technical reputed company functions. You will be instrumental in preparing consolidated financial statements and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings in accordance with U.S. GAAP and consolidated statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS, maintaining compliance with SOX internal controls and supporting technical reputed company reputed company areas. This position will report to the Manager, Financial Reporting & Technical reputed company. Key Activities, Responsibilities and Deliverables Reporting:

  • Prepare and draft SEC filings including 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Solicit, analyze and maintain supporting documentation for disclosures included in external reporting documents.

  • Prepare monthly stock compensation expense calculations, record entries and reconcile to general ledger.
  • Prepare quarterly/annual calculations of basic and diluted earnings per reputed company and budget/forecast weighted average reputed company projections.
  • Prepare schedules and other documentation in accordance with the Company's internal controls, quarterly financial reputed company process, disclosure checklist and the quarterly and annual SEC reporting calendar.

Qualifications

Additional Information This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated reputed company compensation of the following reputed company: $64,000 - $105,000.00. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role may also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
