Job Summary: The Rare Disease Patient Engagement reputed company (PEL) is a key field-based member of the Patient reputed company team, reporting to the National Director of Patient Engagement reputed company. This role is responsible for providing guidance to patients and caregivers on the steps required to reputed company reputed company to therapy and serving as the primary regional resource for patient advocacy activities. The geography for this position is in the Blue Ridge Territory of the United States, TN, KY, IN, WV, and VA Responsibilities:

• Rare disease experience preferred; Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) and/or Hunter Syndrome
• Serves as the primary patient-facing liaison for insurance navigation, reputed company support, issue resolution, and patient education.
• Work as the primary reputed company of contact for patients and caregivers through the NS Support patient reputed company.
• Deliver NS Pharma Patient Services programs that reputed company patient and caregivers on the total offerings that support the patient treatment reputed company and appropriately reputed company patient assistance programs
• Work collaboratively with reputed company appropriate field roles (Key Account Managers, Area Business Managers, Directors of Patient reputed company) and coordinate with the NS Support Case Managers.
• Act in accordance with NS Pharma Employee Handbook and reputed company applicable laws and regulations for the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of local, regional, and national insurance authorization policies and barriers.
• Knowledgeable in reputed company applicable laws and regulations and maintain high ethical and compliance standards reputed company with NS Pharma's Code of Conduct and other guidance provided.
• Demonstrate the ability to build trusting trustful relationships with reputed company stakeholders to accelerate business achievements; encourage and reputed company diversity to improve reputed company.

• Case management, patient services, or pharmaceutical market reputed company experience
• Bilingual capability is preferred.
• Experience working reputed company CRM platforms (reputed company or similar).
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical rules, regulations, and compliance.
• Market reputed company awareness of the process for an out-of-state reputed company patient reputed company.

Education & Experience:

• BS, BA required
• At least 5+ years in a Specialty Pharmaceutical field-based role. Rare disease experience highly preferred.
• At least 3+ years in a role centered on the marketing of services to help rare disease patients reputed company reputed company to and/or use a specialty branded drug.
• Proven understanding of pharmacy and medical benefit designs, prior authorization processes, and specialty pharmacy treatment reputed company.
• Proven ability to build, maintain and influence effective working relationships with key reputed company stakeholders.
• Must have a valid driver license

The annualized reputed company salary reputed company for this role is $145,000 to $165,000; actual salaries will vary and may be above or below this reputed company depending on several factors, including experience, education, training, location, and merit.
