Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in training & development, reputed company, education or reputed company field is required.

reputed company-to-haves

• Master’s degree in organizational development, education, HR or reputed company field is preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in training content development and delivery, program management, and leading learning programs and initiatives is preferred.
• Organizational Development Certification through HRCI, Training Certification through ATD or other reputed company reputed company Certification is preferred.
