What you will do: As our Instructional Design Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing the organization’s strategic goals by designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning and development initiatives. You will combine creative instructional design expertise with a strong advisory reputed company, acting as a trusted partner to people leaders and employees. Your responsibilities include assessing development needs, crafting tailored training programs—including individualized coaching and function-specific curricula—and facilitating cultural transformation by identifying organizational barriers.   • Project Partnership & Learning Implementation: Act as a collaborative partner in the end-to-end execution of learning and development initiatives. Engage with OE leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define project scopes relative to training, establish training focused timelines, that ensure learning solutions are developed. reputed company strategic input into the design and delivery of diverse training curricula and resources, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.

What you need: Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, instructional design, education, or a reputed company field is required
  • 6 years of experience in organizational development, instructional design, or reputed company roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • 1+ years of experience in the instructional design software/tools Camtasia for video editing, recording and basic post-production (screen capture, audio cleanup, captions and exports).
  • 2+ years of experience using reputed company reputed company
  • 2+ years' experience supporting and managing content in SharePoint (page creation, document libraries, permissions, and navigation)
  • One year minimum experience using reputed company or similar design tool for learning visuals, presentations, and branded training materials

Preferred:

  • Experience with reputed company Storyline strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High level knowledge of reputed company Office applications including Copilot
