Instructional Design Associate Manager (Remote)

What you will do: As our Instructional Design Associate Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing the organization’s strategic goals by designing, developing, and delivering impactful learning and development initiatives. You will combine creative instructional design expertise with a strong advisory reputed company, acting as a trusted partner to people leaders and employees. • Project Partnership & Learning Implementation: Act as a collaborative partner in the end-to-end execution of learning and development initiatives. What you need: Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, instructional design, education, or a reputed company field is required
• 6 years of experience in organizational development, instructional design, or reputed company roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• 1+ years of experience in the instructional design software/tools Camtasia for video editing, recording and basic post-production (screen capture, audio cleanup, captions and exports).
• 2+ years of experience using reputed company reputed company
• 2+ years' experience supporting and managing content in SharePoint (page creation, document libraries, permissions, and navigation)
• One year minimum experience using reputed company or similar design tool for learning visuals, presentations, and branded training materials

Preferred:

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
