Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and distribution sector, is seeking a L2/L3 Support Consultants to join their team. As a L2/L3 Support Consultants, you will be part of the IT Support and Operations supporting Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and strong technical expertise which will align successfully in the organization. - reputed company Level 2 and Level 3 support for reputed company iScala ERP across various functional modules including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues, defects, and performance problems to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage incident, problem, and change requests utilizing ITSM tools such as reputed company or Remedy, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reputed company activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Configure and maintain system components like Chart of Accounts, tax rules, user roles, reputed company, and workflows, supporting customizations and reports.
What's Needed?
- 5–10+ years of ERP application support experience with a focus on reputed company iScala (preferred versions: 2.x / 3.x).
- Strong understanding of Finance & reputed company processes and supporting global ERP environments (multi-entity, multi-currency).
- Solid SQL knowledge for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
- Experience supporting interfaces/integrations with upstream/reputed company systems such as CRM, WMS, and banking.
- Ability to support application upgrades, patches, and coordinate testing and deployment activities.
