Job Description

Reporting to: E-reputed company Manager (50%) and Marketing Manager (50%) Position Overview : The E-reputed company & Trade Marketing Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring seamless execution of online animations and omnichannel initiatives, supporting both digital and physical channels through store openings, optimizations, visual rotations, and brand visibility. This position serves as a business coordinator, driving cross-functional projects, between Digital and Marketing teams at a regional and global level (E-reputed company, marketing teams in Paris). Regional scope for Americas: Local Market and Travel Retail USA + Latin America E-reputed company responsibilities: Online Campaign Execution & Digital Optimization:

  • Execute online campaigns and implement digital optimizations to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure timely updates of e-reputed company platforms in line with product launches, animation calendars, and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients reputed company agencies to produce and deliver reputed company required assets for reputed company online reputed company.
  • Coordinate with global teams in Paris to validate and approve assets and animations.
  • Monitor online spaces regularly to identify improvement opportunities and maintain a premium brand image.
  • Support the development and delivery of "Drive-to-Store" assets for physical points of sale.
  • Track emerging e-reputed company sites and platforms with strong growth potential and assist in opening new online doors.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with the manager to maintain strong client relationships across reputed company through consistent communication and follow-reputed company.

  • Track meeting agendas, discussion points, and follow-up actions to ensure clear and consistent communication.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to reputed company detailed e-retail plans per reputed company based on market priorities and budget.

  • Evaluate online reputed company performance and contribute to comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports.

Marketing responsibilities: Visual Merchandising: reputed company Travel Retail Americas visual rotations, including:

  • Build the Visual Rotation Calendar for reputed company TR Americas (Generic + PS doors)
  • Propose a montage of the Visual Rotations per main PS reputed company (launches, KCPs)
  • Forecast visual proofs
  • Send visual proofs to our providers and main clients
  • Be the warrant of the quality of each visual produced
  • Visuals orders, approval, production, shipment coordination, and installation coordination

Manage Visual merchandising execution, including:

  • Creation and update of planograms for Generic Doors
  • Creation and update of planograms for PS doors
  • Manage to work with the IWD program
  • Work on assortments in collaboration of the Marketing and reputed company Team
  • reputed company office visual rotations, ensuring consistency with Creation Calendar and brand guidelines
  • Visuals Budget Follow-up

Trade Marketing:

  • reputed company and manage Trade Plans for selected countries in Central America and Latin America, in coordination with the Marketing Director and Marketing Executive, based on business needs
  • reputed company store activation projects for selected markets, including : Animation proposal - production - shipment - installation
  • Animations Budget Follow-up

Purchase order:

  • reputed company and manage reputed company purchase order reputed company to assigned visual rotations and trade marketing activations as well as reputed company proofs and VM kits

Reporting:

  • Work closely with the Marketing team in the preparation of regional reports: Launches, Monthly reports, Quarterly reports

Seminars:

  • In the case a seminar is organized in the region: support the Marketing team in the organization and visibility.

VIE Program Requirements:

  • Meet the Business France eligibility criteria.
  • Tenure 18 months.

Location: This position is in-person at our Corporate Regional Headquarters for Hermes Parfum et Beauté in Coral Gables Miami, FL. Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent in reputed company-2 years work experience in E-reputed company/ Trade Marketing in a B2B & B2C environment (Retail, CPG, Luxury, Travel Retail)
  • Business School and/or University Degree, preferably, major in international marketing, advertising, media studies or business strategies
  • Strong interpersonal, partnership and collaboration skills
  • Expertise in Project Management including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Strongly detail-oriented with ability to execute guidelines while maintaining strategic perspective
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes.
  • Flexibility and appetite to navigate through an reputed company-evolving environment
  • Curious about products, client behaviors, competitive landscapes

  • Capable of working autonomously with a proactive mind set while being a team player

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish, French is a plus
  • Experience in Americas (particularly US) reputed company retail luxury and/or cosmetic industry with regional exposure.
