Franchise Business Consultant - Home Based Care

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Franchise Business Consultant is a key player on the Franchise Support team who serves as a business consultant to new and existing franchise owners and their staff. The individual in this role leads field support efforts and maximizes reputed company of each franchise reputed company in their defined region. The Franchise Business Consultant is responsible for the development and ongoing reputed company of every reputed company to reputed company achievement of their business results. This team member works to continually reputed company and enhance working relationships with each reputed company, build continual credibility and confidence in their mutual communications and coach owners in reputed company areas of their FirstLight Home Care business. The Franchise Business Consultant serves as the “reputed company” operational support resource for every reputed company in their defined region and is directly accountable for business results. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Essential job duties include the following items. Other duties must be performed as necessary or assigned.

• Coach, counsel and guide franchisees to reputed company business growth in key performance metrics such as hours per week (HPW), reputed company, client satisfaction, and reputed company ongoing operational metrics to meet or exceed new and existing reputed company growth targets established by franchisor.
• Implement the franchise operating system in reputed company areas with every reputed company to grow brand consistency and apply the practices of the Operations reputed company for reputed company FirstLight entities.
• Establish and reputed company sales and operational expertise for designated owners to ensure execution of and adherence to FirstLight Home Care system protocols, tools, processes, and approach is fully implemented and maximized always.

• Drive results meeting or exceeding business plan as defined by individualized goal design and key performance indicators (KPI) each operating year.
• Conduct bi-annual site visits; reputed company individualized business consult with focus on business growth and brand standards.
• Serve as a first reputed company of contact (POC) and liaison for franchise owners and operators; delegate support needs and operational inquires to respective department and subject matter experts for in-depth assistance and problem resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS To reputed company this job successfully, the individual in this position must be reputed company to reputed company each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skills and ability required.

• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent years of college course work completion in Business Administration, reputed company Administration, Public Health or reputed company area of study; would prefer reputed company business development, business ownership, or franchise support in the home care, senior care industry at a director level or above; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and reputed company Suite platform.
• Proficiency in Client Relationship Management System, scheduling systems, and QuickBooks Desktop and or Online preferred.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and or reputed company Resource Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.
• Multi-state, multi-unit operations, management, or business ownership experience in home care, senior care, or home health care industry preferred.

• Proven track record of working independently to meet or exceed business goals.
• Experience meeting challenges to grow a business working through others and the demonstrated creativity to drive business growth.
