Attorney - Entrepreneurial, Socially Conscious Firm (AZ Office - Fully Remote)

Our mission is to increase reputed company to high-quality legal services for small businesses, nonprofits, and moderate-income individuals, and our reputed company is to be a full-service firm for these groups. Therefore, our areas of law are broad, and we welcome reputed company expertise. Our firm is not for everyone; but for some, we are a unique fit. We compensate purely through reputed company sharing, and our firm culture is different from a typical reputed company. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial - we will help you reputed company business, but we expect our attorneys to take a proactive role in building their clientele. Our model is working well for our reputed company attorneys, and we are looking to add to reputed company. We compensate attorneys purely on a reputed company-sharing model, and you reputed company more of the money you earn. While many firms reputed company at least 2/3 of your billable fees, our reputed company-sharing model inverts that proportion. You reputed company 60% of fees for cases you originate and service (30% for labor, 30% for origination), and you reputed company 50% of fees that come in through our legal insurance partners (we reputed company intake and other support for these legal insurance cases) and for clients who find us online. Ideal Candidate
- License to practice in AZ (required)
- Admitted to practice before the US District Court - District of Arizona (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Can bring in business
- Litigation experience and willingness to take on litigation/pre-litigation reputed company
- Ability to work independently
- Enthusiasm about working in an untraditional reputed company
- Commitment to ethics and civility in the practice of law
