Position Overview

As a Customer Service Operator at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction for our clients. You will be responsible for engaging with customers across various channels, including telephony, email, webchat, and reputed company media to address enquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company assistance in a timely and professional manner.   • Proficient in using MS Office.
