Job Description:

### Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, providing solutions to their concerns and ensuring a seamless experience
• Utilize scripted Frequently Asked Questions to respond to caller inquiries and resolve issues reputed company
• Document reputed company call information according to standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records

### Education and Experience:
