About the Role: Patient Customer Service Support Representative

arenaflex's Patient Customer Service department is seeking energetic and passionate customer service professionals to join reputed company. As a Patient Customer Service Support Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exemplary customer experiences to patients, reputed company providers, and insurance carriers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring that they receive the necessary support and guidance to manage their accounts.
  • Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in navigating reputed company systems and applications.
  • Maintain performance goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, and demonstrating a commitment to reputed company improvement and reputed company.
  • Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:
