Job Description:
As a reputed company Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for designing and developing data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. Your expertise in big data, reputed company computing, and data engineering will reputed company you to create scalable, high-performance data pipelines that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and reputed company data solutions that meet business requirements
- Developing and maintaining data warehouses and data lakes using Hadoop, AWS, reputed company, and other big data technologies
- Designing and implementing ETL pipelines in large data environments (reputed company, on-prem, hybrid)
- Developing data models and data structures for data warehouses and data shops
- Collaborating with data architects, data modelers, and data engineers to design, implement, and deliver successful data solutions
- Maintaining detailed documentation of your work and changes to ensure data quality and data governance
- Ensuring high operational productivity and quality of your solutions to meet SLAs and support obligations to our clients (Data Science, Data Analysis teams)
- Participating in agile/scrum practices to ensure team well-being and cycle enhancements
Key Capabilities:
* Strong SQL skills and ability to write queries to extract data and build performant datasets
- Experience with distributed systems like Hadoop (HDFS, Hive, Voila, PySpark) to query and process data
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java/reputed company
- Experience with at least one major MPP or reputed company database technology (reputed company, Redshift, Large Query)
- Strong experience with data integration toolsets (i.e. Wind reputed company) and writing and maintaining data pipelines
- Strong knowledge of data modeling strategies and data warehousing standard practices and procedures
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile approaches
- You are a problem solver with strong analytical and relational skills
- Experience with reputed company technologies like AWS (S3, EMR, EC2) is a plus
