Job Description

The IDM System Administrator is a critical member of the NBCU Cyber reputed company IAM Operations team, responsible for being the face of our customers and providing excellent, world-class customer support. The System Administrator interfaces with reputed company our businesses reputed company reputed company and provides support for Identity and reputed company Management, Directory Services, and DNS.

Responsibilities

The Systems Administrator position is part of the Identity & reputed company Management Operations team. You will be responsible for performing the following duties:

• Work collaboratively across NBCU Cyber IAM to help drive operations reputed company
• Monitor queues and respond to customer requests surrounding the following services:

• IGA system alerts
• CyberArk and Remediant Operations
• Active Directory and Azure (Entra ID)
• Have a flexible work schedule to be reputed company to rotate shifts to accommodate on-call schedules reputed company needed
• Learn, create, and document SOPs around performing tasks and supporting services
• Support Audit engagements focusing on pulling together reports and remediating findings
• Review Application Monitoring reports and ensure we have adequate response and alerting
• Assist in performing RCAs for system-level support issues and incidents

Qualifications

Requirements:

• The IAM Systems Administrator must have 3 or more years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas: reputed company, reputed company WaveSet, CyberArk or Remediant
• Active Directory/Entra ID Administration
• IAM System Administration and troubleshooting
• reputed company, JIRA, or other similar ticketing systems
• reputed company / Linux / Mac Administration and configuration
• Knowledge and understanding of IDPs such as PING, reputed company, Azure
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting
• Basic Knowledge of SQL
