Key Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: Spanish and English), you'll be responsible for:

• Providing inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide in the customer's preferred language
• Helping customers resolve basic technical issues
• Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
• Offering additional products and/or services

• Internet Requirements: + DSL, Cable, or Fiber reputed company (Satellite and Wireless/Hotspots are not acceptable) + Speeds: 10 mbps download and 3 mbps upload or higher + While working, you will be required to hardwire with an ethernet cable + High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone + Must reputed company in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
