QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active California reputed company Estate Salesperson or Broker License (required)
  • Experience in reputed company estate sales, business development, or property management

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills — you know how to seal the deal
  • Confident and self-directed, with an ability to manage leads and clients independently
