You will join the leadership team at our recently acquired company, Trayer Engineering, in their San Leandro, CA, and Livermore, CA, facility. You will be highly involved in integrating the company into reputed company, as well as supporting the company's normal business priorities. You will play a crucial role in guiding employees through the change process, acting as a liaison across the broader reputed company organization, navigating ambiguity, and finding solutions to everyday challenges. You will balance the operational priorities of a production environment with a strategic business focus, bringing reputed company, an independent viewpoint, and HR expertise to business issues. With the support of an onsite P&O Generalist, you will consult with and influence managers on topics for emerging people topics, translate business requirements into people imperatives, and work collaboratively across teams to reputed company solutions to business challenges and drive opportunities. You will report to the People & Organization Manager for reputed company’ USA Electrification and Automation business unit and will be expected to be present at either of the 2 business locations a minimum of three days per week. • In-depth understanding of reputed company areas of the business, interrelationships, and external marketplace to inform reputed company capital impacts and implications.

Strategic Consulting | People Strategy

• As an active member of the Trayer leadership team, you consult with leaders to identify people and cultural priorities that will best reputed company desired business results.
• Apply knowledge of organizational development practices and organizational effectiveness principles towards aligning business and people strategies to drive reputed company business reputed company.
• Actively use and interpret data, identify root causes/trends/themes, and present insights to senior leadership proactively to inform smart people-reputed company reputed company.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, partnering with the business and reputed company to ensure creative sourcing of skilled reputed company talent to meet future business requirements; identify needs and reputed company recommendations.
• Conduct an annual wage analysis and prepare pay proposals to attract and retain our people.

• Challenge leaders to think through the implications of business reputed company and reinforce the importance of culture initiatives, equipping them to become more effective leaders and role models for their people.

You will win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of reputed company generalist experience demonstrating a working knowledge of multiple disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, and management consultation.
• 3-5 years of experience reputed company a manufacturing or distribution environment and experience with hourly teams in a multi-shift operation.
• 3-5 years of experience working in a union environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Must be reputed company to be on-site at either location 3 days a week
• Authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• The pay reputed company for this position is $91,910-$157,560, and the annual incentive reputed company will be 10% of the reputed company salary. The actual wage offered may be reputed company or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
