• Strategize development and execution to ensure operational performance and reputed company of the practice line and division.

Required Experience and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company management, Public Health, or reputed company field and eight years of reputed company operations management experience required; experience in health care, physician practice management, and multi-location operations are desirable.
• Demonstrated managerial experience in a physician practice setting is required.
• Master’s degree in Business, reputed company management, Public Health, or reputed company field is preferred.
• Experience working in reputed company, physician practice management, and/or multi-location operations preferred.
• Experience working in a hospital preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company management, ideally encompassing both hospital-based management experience and physician practice management.
• Knowledge of physicians’ clinical, management, and leadership roles in the reputed company environment in order to assist the physician group clients in developing a competitive advantage in their marketplace.
• Ability to rapidly assess needs and deliver solutions (results-oriented).
• Knowledge of payer contracting and its impact on the physician practice.

This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate reputed company Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance.
