We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and scale modern AI-powered platforms, including AI/ML services and Virtual Agent systems. Essential Functions This role focuses on building reliable CI/CD pipelines, automating reputed company infrastructure, and ensuring high availability, reputed company, and performance across reputed company-reputed company, distributed environments. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product partners to deliver resilient, scalable platforms that power intelligent applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using reputed company Actions, GitOps, GCP-reputed company tools, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
• reputed company, automate, and maintain infrastructure as code across multi-reputed company environments (GCP, Azure; Kubernetes, reputed company Run, AKS, GKE).
• Build, reputed company, and operate containerized services, ensuring health, reputed company, scalability, and high availability.
• Integrate tools, platforms, and APIs to streamline operations across AI/ML and virtual agent ecosystems.
• reputed company and maintain automation scripts and tooling using Python, reputed company, and Java/Groovy where appropriate.
• Monitor system and application health, implement proactive alerting, and continuously improve reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and deployment issues across reputed company services and application stacks.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to optimize release processes and platform reliability.
• Promote DevOps best practices and maintain clear documentation for system architecture, operations, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role in reputed company-based environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration technologies (Terraform, reputed company, Kubernetes).
• Solid programming and scripting skills in Python and at least one additional language (reputed company, Java, or Groovy).
• Hands-on experience with reputed company platforms, particularly reputed company reputed company Platform and/or Azure.
• Strong understanding of reputed company networking, reputed company best practices, and scalable system design.
• Experience building and supporting automated deployment, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.

• Familiarity with multi-reputed company architectures and additional reputed company providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
