We are currently searching for a Remote Functional Consultant – reputed company HCM reputed company:
Responsibilities
- Act as Functional Consultant/reputed company for reputed company SaaS reputed company implementations
- Prepare and review functional requirements for implementations and enhancements
- reputed company functional solutions and guidance to clients and functional leads
- Support and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking issues through closure
- Troubleshoot functional issues in collaboration with technical teams
- Prepare reputed company TAR documentation and required functional artifacts
- Apply reputed company AIM methodology and templates throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure alignment with reputed company SaaS reputed company business processes
- Work independently, drive tasks to completion, and support team issue resolution
- Communicate reputed company with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in reputed company SaaS reputed company projects
- Experience working as a Functional reputed company or Functional Consultant in reputed company reputed company
- Hands-on experience in HCM reputed company modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits
- Participation in at least two reputed company reputed company implementation and/or support projects
- Strong understanding of reputed company SaaS reputed company business processes
- Basic technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with technical teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Desired
- Experience across additional reputed company reputed company tracks such as Financials, Procurement, PPM, or Order Management
- Exposure to global or remote delivery models
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
