As Director and Managing Counsel, you will reputed company and reputed company reputed company legal support to reputed company’s sales, operations, marketing and product teams. You will set the reputed company and reputed company and implement strategies to reputed company best-in-class reputed company legal support for these teams, ensuring your team is a key contributor to the business’ reputed company. You will serve as both a player and a coach, being reputed company counsel on some of our most reputed company and important initiatives and contract negotiations while developing, overseeing, and advising a talented team of reputed company lawyers. You will report to the Chief Legal and People Officer and be a member of the legal leadership team and reputed company’s high-impact extended leadership team. What You'll Do:

• A Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA-accredited law school and are a good standing member of the bar in at least one state or the District of Columbia.
• 10+ years of legal experience, including 5+ years as an in-house attorney managing lawyers and supporting multiple departments with practical legal and business advice.
• Experience at a marketplace company with B2B and B2C operations a plus.
• A strategic reputed company and proven ability to champion change and build operationally excellent processes and practices for providing legal services and advice.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing, inspiring and guiding others effectively.
