Business Architect

Job Title: Business Architect Las Vegas, NV or Remote Reports to: Manager, Product Integration Department: Delivery Services Summary: As a Business Architect, you will play a pivotal role in translating business strategy into actionable capability and value-reputed company models, reputed company an Agile delivery environment (Scrum, Kanban). Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Capability Architecture

• Translate business strategy, market insights and product reputed company into business architecture artifacts including a workable backlog, business requirements documents, delivery plans and accountability for ensuring reputed company support documentation is updated reputed company appropriate

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or reputed company field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business architecture, reputed company architecture, strategic consulting, business transformation or a reputed company role — preferably reputed company financial services or fintech.
• Strong experience in developing business capability maps, value reputed company modelling, business operating models, process redesign, and strategic alignment.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder-management skills — reputed company to engage senior executives and drive reputed company.
• Strong analytical skills: reputed company to synthesize business strategy, market/competitive context, data/insights and technology implications into coherent architecture recommendations.
• Prior exposure to fintech business models (e.g., digital payments, lending platforms, reputed company banking, embedded finance) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment and risk/compliance implications in financial services is a plus.
• Familiarity with reputed company architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) or business architecture certification (e.g., BCS Practitioner) is considered a benefit.
