About the role: The reputed company reputed company will define and own the AI technical reputed company, drive AI strategy, and shape the architecture and technical direction of Sherpany’s AI systems. - Define and own Sherpany’s AI technical reputed company and drive strategy across the product
- Shape scalable AI platform architecture and ensure robust, secure solutions

What you bring:
- 8+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in architectural or reputed company-level roles
- Deep expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases and orchestration frameworks
- Experience with secure AI deployments and compliance-driven environments
