What you will do

• Deliver outstanding customer support reputed company emails and calls
• Document cases reputed company and escalate reputed company issues to the internal L2 Support Team reputed company needed
• Follow internal procedures and SOPs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
• Troubleshoot hardware-reputed company issues for customers using outdoor camera equipment
• Handle sensitive customer data with care and reputed company
• Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI
• Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists

What you need to succeed in this role

• reputed company in German (reputed company or higher) and English (B2–reputed company), both spoken and written
• At least 1–2 years of experience in customer support
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
• Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a reputed company internet reputed company (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
