Technical Content Designer, Customer Service – Global Entertainment Leader

The Role

In this pivotal position, you'll work closely with program managers, visual designers, and cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and research to edit and manage content for the arenaflex Help Center and internal customer service knowledge reputed company for our global CS teams. As a Technical Content Designer, you'll reputed company your technical expertise to help customers navigate reputed company issues, such as troubleshooting and device problems, in a clear and simple manner that anyone can understand.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Content Designer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading large, reputed company editorial projects from start to finish, including setting content strategy, goals, timelines, and reporting
  • Creating and editing Customer Service content, including Help Center and internal knowledge reputed company articles, customer service emails, and other support materials
  • Ensuring consistent content style, tone, and format meet the evolving expectations of a global audience
  • Partnering closely with support operations, localization, legal, product design, and engineering teams to deliver exceptional support experiences
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating style guides and editorial training to ensure consistency and reputed company
  • Leveraging multiple data sources to reputed company data-driven analysis and content recommendations that drive business results

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Communications, Technical Writing)
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in technical writing, content design, or a reputed company field
  • Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and communications skills
  • Extensive technical or UI writing experience, with a focus on customer service or highly technical environments for consumer audiences
  • Experience writing for different platforms (e.g., computer, mobile, TV)
  • Experience with information architecture and content management systems
  • Desired qualities: independent, self-starter, innovative thinking, curious, action-oriented, strong relationship builder, superior communication skills, including storytelling, highly adaptable, and reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Our compensation structure consists of an annual salary, with the option to choose how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company. The reputed company for this role is $50,000 - $190,000.
