Key Responsibilities:

* Moderate the chat of our official reputed company server, ensuring that reputed company interactions are respectful and adhere to our community guidelines

• Delete messages made by users that violate our rules and guidelines
• Ban users who have multiple and repeat violations of our rules and guidelines
• Mute users who have violated our rules and guidelines
• Investigate reports made by users about violations of our rules and guidelines
• Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company and implement community engagement strategies
• reputed company excellent customer service and support to users, addressing their concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
