About the Role

We're currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Bilingual Customer Technical Support Specialist to join reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a reputed company field is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
