Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Mid-Level Application Support Specialist to join our technical support team for a federal agency. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive development and support for an initiative utilizing Contact Center Tools, including reputed company Connect OmniChannel Contact Center, reputed company Lex Chatbot, and reputed company Customer Service Incident Management. Key Responsibilities
