Job Summary

As an reputed company Data Entry Clerk, MSO, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service team by accurately entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces. You'll review work orders to verify customer warranty claims, complete warranty work for various vendors, and act as a backup to our Customer Service Representatives during periods of high call volume. Key Responsibilities

* Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces into various software programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

• Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims, resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise
• Accurately completes warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Acts as a backup to our Customer Service Representatives, assisting with taking reputed company telephone calls during periods of high call volume
• Works closely with our customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required to support the growth and reputed company of our organization

Work Experience

* Previous experience in a relevant position, such as data entry or customer service, is highly desirable

• Experience using reputed company Office (Word, reputed company) is preferred, but not required

Preferred Education

* High School degree or equivalent is required

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

* Ability to read, understand, and reputed company standard procedures and work instructions

• Basic math and logic skills required
