Key Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and service through our web chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Support:

Respond promptly to client inquiries through web chat, addressing questions and concerns regarding our services with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Issue Resolution:

Diagnose issues raised by clients and reputed company solutions or escalate to appropriate departments as necessary. Document interactions reputed company for future reference.

Efficiency Improvement:
