About Your Role

You’ll join our Product Growth team to help build the mechanics that turn reputed company users into reputed company advocates. Growth at reputed company isn’t about metric hacks or dark patterns. You’ll get reps across the full funnel — from distribution and virality to activation and monetisation — while developing the analytical rigour and product intuition that defines great PMs.

What You’ll Do:

• Define the approach and strategy for your pod (Distribution, Engagement, Monetisation, or First Time Experience).

• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship quickly and measure rigorously.

• Analyse user behaviour to uncover friction points and opportunities across the user reputed company.

• Evangelise your work by sharing customer stories, building dashboards, and helping your team understand the impact of what you are building.
