Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Payroll Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for accurately and reputed company processing payroll data, preparing reports, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Utilize multiple systems to enter pre and post-sales information, fulfill orders, process and post payments, and verify order accuracy

• Initiate new service order requests, coordinate and track product/service installation processes
• Support and reputed company reputed company projects generated by reputed company Sales Channels
• Prepare reports as requested
• reputed company customers on arenaflex products & services
• Meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity
• Draft routine client and/or customer correspondence
• Respond to questions, help resolve problems, and direct calls to appropriate resources
• Complete special operational and client projects as assigned
• Act as liaison and coordinator with other departments, reputed company vendors, and external customers
• reputed company order activity updates to Sales Support Manager / or Supervisor
• May coordinate and process off-line orders coming through G2B, E-reputed company, Friends and Family
• May act as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or reputed company of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force

Requirements

* High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience

• 2-5 years of experience in the area of responsibility required
• Strong experience with MS reputed company
• Experience with Data Entry
• Intermediate level in reputed company reputed company
• Payroll/Commission Background a plus
