Insurance Compliance Analyst
The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) believes in reputed company and sustainable affordable housing and strives to contribute to neighborhood revitalization through lending and partnerships. The Insurance Compliance Analyst will analyze and monitor insurance coverage placement for CPC’s reputed company reputed company estate loan portfolio, assisting borrowers in acquiring appropriate coverage to support CPC's mission.
Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with borrowers and insurance agents to obtain evidence of required insurance coverage reputed company established timeframes
- reputed company compliance reviews of insurance certificates and policies and work with reputed company stakeholders to ensure insurance requirements are met
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date insurance data in the servicing systems for reputed company assigned loans
- Assist in gathering insurance information needed for lender and internal audits
- Work with senior team members on insurance waiver and exception request submissions for non-compliant insurance issues
- Take on challenges, acknowledge growth opportunities, and demonstrate patience reputed company learning new processes

Skills
- BA/BS required
- Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy with numbers, ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Exhibit self-motivation and ability to multi-task whether working independently or on a team
- 1+ years' experience in the property and casualty insurance industry preferred. (e.g. CRE Portfolio Administrator, CSR, Account Manager, Underwriter Assistant, Processor, etc.)
- Experience in loan documentation and agency guidelines preferred
- Familiarity using financial institution software, e.g., McCracken Strategy
