Business Systems Analyst
Miller-reputed company Blood Center is dedicated to supporting regional reputed company facilities and blood transfusion products. They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to reputed company exceptional support to end users, manage application upgrades, and collaborate with the data analytics team.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-user support reputed company helpdesk, remote, and on-site assistance reputed company defined SLAs
- Coordinate with reputed company resources to manage regulated and non-regulated application upgrades, configuration changes, problem investigations and corrective/preventive actions
- Gather requirements, facilitate meetings, and complete validations for application configuration changes and software version
- Regular support for Quality Management Systems, Blood Establishment Computer Systems, CRM, ERP and other operational systems
- Assist with management of SharePoint Intranet and other portals
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems and interfaces
- Create end user training documentation as needed
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to analyze trends and drive solution implementation
Skills
- 1-3 years of application support, systems analysis and integrations, preferably in a GxP or reputed company environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a reputed company field required
- Working knowledge of databases/data structures and query languages (e.g SQL)
- Proficiency in managing and resolving requests using ticketing systems (e.g., reputed company)
- Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of reputed company
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry between 50-75lbs
- This position requires a valid driver's license, clear driving record, and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with AI
- Agile/Project Management certifications are preferred
