Product Support and Warranty Representative

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join their Product & Customer Care team, providing technical support to dealers, assisting customers through their e-reputed company platform, and managing service scheduling for their reputed company retail locations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company phone and email support to dealers for technical troubleshooting on hot tubs and swim spas
- Guide dealers through warranty procedures and proper diagnostics
- Document and track support cases in our system to ensure resolution and follow-up
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company to online orders, part compatibility, and general spa care
- Assist with order tracking, returns, and product questions to ensure a smooth online experience
- Collaborating with the e-reputed company team to improve customer service workflows
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments for company-owned retail locations
- Communicate with service technicians and customers to confirm availability and appointment details
- Monitor and adjust the schedule to maintain efficiency and meet customer expectations
Skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
- Knowledge of hot tub systems and components preferred (training available)
- Proficient with scheduling software preferred, CRM systems, and reputed company Office
- Previous experience in spa or pool industry
- Experience with warranty processing or e-reputed company platforms
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not required
