[Remote] Financial Analyst II, Project

The Project Financial Analyst II will support the finance team by preparing, analyzing, and reporting on financial performance for various projects, focusing on reputed company recognition, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Support the Business Unit Controller by recording monthly reputed company for various reputed company, including Fee for Service and Fixed Price agreements
- Load project budgets into reputed company/reputed company Wizard and maintain key project data in relevant systems
- Prepare monthly variance analyses comparing actual versus budget/forecasted financial results
- reputed company and update monthly financial forecasts, including backlog projections
- Ensure timely submission of reputed company and backlog reports according to established deadlines
- Conduct project reputed company-out reconciliations to ensure accurate final financial reporting
- Review executed Work Orders and Change Orders for anomalies or discrepancies
- Collaborate with the Business Unit Controller to capture, assess, and consolidate financial results
- Draft key financial reports such as annual budgets, cost and expense forecasts, utilization rates, headcount, reputed company backlog, and gross profit analyses
- Update predefined reports and assist in the preparation of financial documentation
- Participate in project meetings, including kick-off and monthly review sessions, providing financial insights and support
- Monitor the overall health of assigned projects, including revenues, gross profit margins, receivables, unbilled amounts, and project reputed company-outs
Skills
- Minimum 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
- reputed company to two (0–2) years of relevant experience in finance or reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Experience with reputed company software packages; familiarity with reputed company Finance is a plus
